Santini Australia would like to formally apologise for the current situation that has caused Baum Customers to be let down with a late delivery of New Custom Cycling Jerseys.
The box of new custom clothing for BAUM was received in Australia last week and dispatched on the same day, last Tuesday December 7th 2010.
It appears that an over enthusiastic courier inadvertently collected the Baum Santini package from our dispatch location on Dec 7th, when it was intended for another carrier.
We have notified all couriers who collected from our Melbourne warehouse on this day and we are confident and hopeful that the goods will be returned to our location this week. Worst case scenario (the goods are lost), Bikesportz will work with Santini to rapidly rectify the situation and we will also be working at the same time to ‘fix’ the courier concerned.
We are presently working on the basis that Baum’s clothing delivery is somewhere in Victoria and will hopefully find its way to its intended location shortly.
We thank Baum and their customers for their patience and support during this delay. We are doing our utmost to retrieve the delivery and have it in the hands of our friends at Baum as soon as possible.
